Kintyre supports its real estate management and advisory services businesses, with a willingness and desire to invest alongside our institutional and private clients. At present we are co-invested in 11 assets/projects across Germany, with an asset volume of EUR 250m.

Alignment of interest is essential in any successful partnership.

Co-investments made by Kintyre are a key part of the over-all business strategy for our firm, ensuring alignment with our clients and partners, and providing the staff and Partners of Kintyre with the opportunity to participate in the risk/reward of real estate and benefit from the value creation we aim to achieve through the provision of our management and advisory services.
