24,000 sqm regional shopping centre in the city of Oberhausen.
The asset was purchased in 2011 with a view to undertake a 15,000 sqm extension to the asset, and general refurbishment to the existing building.
Kintyre acts in the following capacity on this project:
- Transaction Advisor – Responsible for coordinating the due diligence process and acquisition closing mechanics.
- Debt Financing – Secured the acquisition and development finance.
- Real Estate Management – Kintyre is retained as asset and property manager for the ongoing, day to day running of the centre, leasing manager, as well as undertaking supervision of the development and construction professionals working on the extension programme.
- Accounting – Kintyre is responsible for undertaking the day to day bookkeeping for the asset, as well as overseeing other major finance aspects for the company.
