Kintyre promotes Marius Ohlsen to Managing Partner

Kintyre, the Frankfurt based investor and real estate manager, has announced the promotion of Marius Ohlsen (36), to the level of Managing Partner within the firm.

aving been with Kintyre since 2015, and receiving his partnership in 2017, Ohlsen is the current Head of Transaction Management for the firm. Marius’ promotion to Managing Partner is effective immediately, and will see him maintain his current role, while joining founding partners Johannes Nendel and Adam Pearce as Managing Partner for the wider Kintyre Group.

Ohlsen has played a key role in the acquisition of many high-profile Joint Venture acquisitions for Kintyre, in recent years, including the Ring Centre and Park Centre deals in Berlin, and the Seemaxx Quartier in Radolfzell. Additionally, Ohlsen is the lead Partner on Kintyre’s EUR 350m Märkisches Quartier urban regeneration project in Reinickendorf (Berlin). The success of Kintyre’s Joint Venture acquisition program lead by Ohlsen has been one of the key drivers in allowing Kintyre to grow their asset under management to in excess of EUR 2.2 bln.

Kintyre was founded in 2009 and is a full-service real estate management platform and investor. The firm managing EUR 2.2 bln of real estate across Germany for its domestic and international client base.
