3. Data security
3.1 Data security
Technical and organizational measures protect all data on our website against loss, destruction, access, modification and distribution.
3.2 Sessions and cookies
4. Third party services
4.1 Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google and operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), and collects and stores data via this web analytics service from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms. The user profiles created in this way are used to evaluate visitor behavior to design and improve the services presented on this website in line with requirements. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” which are small text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other signatory countries to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before this happens. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. On behalf of this website’s operator, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the scope of Google Analytics is not combined with other data from Google. The user profiles maintained under a pseudonym are also not merged with the user’s personal data without the express and separately declared consent of the user. Thus, the weighing of interests shows no overriding interests on your part that conflict with this (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case, you may not be able to use all the functions of this website to their full extent. You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available at the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
4.2 Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps, a Google map service operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). When using Google Maps, data on the Maps functions by visitors to the website is also collected, processed and used. No user interests are affected here, which outweigh the technical necessity of integrating the interactive map material (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). The data protection information from Google can be viewed at http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/. The additional usage instructions for Google Maps can be viewed at http://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
4.3 Use of Google ReCAPTCHA
This website uses the reCAPTCHA service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). The function is designed to distinguish whether the input is human or abusive through automated machine processing. The query includes sending the IP address and any other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service to Google. For this purpose, your input will be transmitted to Google and used there. However, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other signatory states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area before it is used. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by your browser in the context of reCaptcha is not merged with other data from Google. The processing thus serves to prevent misuse of this website. It is ultimately anonymous so that the weighing of interests shows no predominant interests on your part that stand in the way of processing (Art. 6 I S. 1 f GDPR). The data protection guidelines of Google apply, which can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.
