Kintyre Appoints Robert Orr as Chairman of its Advisory Board

intyre is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Orr as Chairman of its Advisory Board. A highly respected figure in the real estate and investment sector, Mr. Orr brings extensive leadership experience, industry knowledge, and strategic insight to Kintyre’s operations.

With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Robert Orr has held numerous senior advisory and non-executive roles in both public and private real estate organizations. His career includes 29 years at JLL Inc., where he served as CEO of EMEA for seven years and was a member of the Main Board of the NYSE-listed firm. His leadership experience extends to corporate finance, real estate investment, and strategic advisory roles across Europe, including positions at Canaccord Genuity, M&G Real Estate, and EQT Real Estate Partners, most recentlyRobert was Chair of APCOA Parking Holdings and Tritax Eurobox Plc until both businesses were sold last year.

In his new role as Chairman of Kintyre’s Advisory Board, Mr. Orr will provide strategic counsel, leveraging his wealth of experience to support Kintyre’s growth ambitions and operational excellence. His deep expertise in international real estate markets and corporate governance will be invaluable as Kintyre continues to expand its presence and enhance its service offerings.

Robert will join Kintyre founders Johannes Nendel and Adam Pearce on the Advisory Board, along with two further non-executive board members to be announced shortly.
