intyre is delighted to announce the appointment of Maurice Grassau and Christoph Munte as Non-Executive Members of the Kintyre Advisory Board. They will join Chairman Robert Orr, Johannes Nendel, and Adam Pearce in supporting the strategic direction and governance of the business.
This expansion of the Advisory Board marks an important step in strengthening Kintyre’s corporate governance and strategic planning, with the aim of creating long-term value for stakeholders across the Kintyre platforms and delivering enhanced results for clients and partners.
Maurice Grassau is a transformational leader with more than 25 years of experience in driving growth, profitability, and digital innovation across industries. He is best known as the Founder and CEO of Architrave GmbH, where he spearheaded digital transformation within the real estate sector. Maurice has led successful international expansion, strategic acquisitions, and investment rounds, while pioneering AI-driven solutions for document processing. His career includes senior leadership roles at Brainloop AG, Data Room Services GmbH, Regus GmbH, and Group RCI, with a consistent record of delivering growth and operational excellence.
Christoph Munte brings deep expertise in legal, tax, and regulatory matters within real estate investment and fund management. He is currently Managing Partner at TEG GmbH, where he advises institutional investors, family offices, and real estate operating companies on structuring, compliance, and strategic matters. Christoph’s prior experience includes senior legal and financial leadership roles at ARB Investment Partners GmbH, Peakside Capital Advisors AG, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds Germany, where he coordinated multi-billion-euro financings and complex cross-border structures. He began his career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a lawyer and tax advisor.
