intyre, the investment and asset management platform with offices in Frankfurt, Berlin and Hamburg, has appointed Nicolas Voller to further strengthen its asset and leasing expertise. Nicolas joined Kintyre in early 2025 and brings more than 15 years of experience in office leasing and asset management.
Nicolas began his real estate career in 2006 and has since built extensive experience in office leasing and asset management, holding senior positions at EQT Exeter, Lianeo Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield and Cresa. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for developing leasing strategies, managing portfolios, leading regional leasing teams and supporting divestment processes, with a strong focus on Germany’s secondary markets and the repositioning of underperforming assets.
