Kintyre welcomes Tonia Bodenbach as Managing Director

intyre is pleased to announce the appointment of Tonia Bodenbach as Managing Director of Kintyre Management GmbH, working alongside Kintyre Group MDs Marius Ohlsen and Sebastian Müller. This appointment further strengthens the company’s leadership team and positions Kintyre for continued growth.
With more than 20 years of experience in property management, Tonia has held senior roles at JLL, Acrest, and Estama. Since joining Kintyre in 2019, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s operations — first as Team Leader, then as Head of Property Management, and now as Managing Director. In her new role, she oversees commercial and technical property management, accounting, and the ongoing digital transformation of Kintyre’s systems, including the use of Yardi and the implementation of new digital tools.
