Redevelopment of established commercial park into a mixed use inner-city urban precinct. The planned development, being undertaken in close consolation with local authorities and integrating into the wider urban re-zoning plan for the city of Gersthofen, is desired to combine commentary uses, including retail, logistics, offices, medial practices, a hotel and extensive residential units.
