e:o is transforming a large existing building into a highly flexible campus office designed for sustainable and efficient work. The development offers approximately 76,000 m² of commercial space across multiple interconnected buildings with 7 to 12 floors. In 2024, around 20,000 sqm of GFA were let contractually secured to the hospitality operators Premier Inn and STAYERY. A further approx. 52,000 sqm of flexible office space and approx. 4,000 sqm of atrium and retail space are under negotiation with interested parties.
With refurbished building structures, rental spaces starting from 2,500 m², and a commitment to the 1.5°C climate goal, re:o is designed for the future. The project aims for a LEED Gold Core & Shell certification, ensuring high sustainability standards and energy efficiency.
