he Walle Center was built in 1999, and is the local center servicing the residential district of Walle, an inner-city suburb of Bremen with five floors – one for retail and the other for office, residential, storage and parking.

Kintyre improved and stabilized the property’s lease profile and KPIs by formulating and executing a custom-fit leasing strategy. The leasing strategy included the lease prolongation with the existing anchor tenant, the re-letting of the second anchor space, and the re-letting of actual vacancies while upgrading the tenant mix.

Success factors were Kintyre’s strong relationships with the anchor tenants and the identification and implementation of target concepts which meet the requirements of the local customer segments.
